- For efficient, effective and fast doorstep delivery and to maintain an extensive distribution network, TheMasalewale engages with a courier partner.
- Delivery can take between 5 to 7 days, depending on the region. It must be noted that we only take orders globally. Please keep checking our policies for any updates in terms of expansion.
- Within 48 hours of placing an order, if we have any doubts regarding the orders made, TheMasalewale reserves the right to cancel it.
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. It is important to note that the order processing time is different from the shipping time.
- Please note the domestic shipping rates are Rs.50 on all orders below Rs.499. Above that amount, shipping is free.
